Initial Evaluations, Re-evaluations, Progress Notes, Daily Notes for Schools, Clinics and Early Intervention;

Initial and Triennial Reports for School IEPs

Report Writing

The basics. The foundational skills required of report writing. The whats, the wheres, the whys, the main skeleton that can be your personalized ‘template’. There are certain elements you have to include in a report for it to be complete and to make sense.

Consultation

When you have the skeleton to write a basic report but want to fine tune the nuances to get that edge. It may be something simple as the grammar, the layout, the way you have presented your findings and your recommendations.

1:1 Mentoring

Sometimes you just need to talk through the report with someone, step by step, making sure you’ve dotted all the i’s and crossed all the t’s. A second set of eyes to go through every word of your report to make sure you have included what is necessary, and have presented it appropriately. ZOOM meetings will be set up, with the session being custom tailored for your individual needs, with no minimum time requirement.

IEP Presentation Prep

How you present your results is equally or maybe more important than the actual testing you do. Mock IEP trainings to help you get the whole team on the same page, talk about your OT report, defend your findings and make informed suggestions.

Simple Transcribing

You’re an experienced OT and you have report writing down, but all you need is an extra pair of hands to help you simply transcribe the information you have, to save yourself some extra hours so you can get other work done.
